We are currently seeking a skilled Stainless Steel Brush Finishing Polisher to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform brush finishing and surface preparation on stainless steel components.
- Use Dynabrade and similar pneumatic/electric finishing tools to grind and prep surfaces for powder paint coating.
- Ensure consistent finish quality and surface smoothness per project specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in optimal working condition.
- Work collaboratively with the coatings and fabrication teams to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in metal finishing, specifically on stainless steel.
- Familiarity with Dynabrade (or similar surface prep tools).
- Knowledge of grit progression, surface texture standards, and powder coating prep best practices.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
